The Meadowlark’s inaugural menu, “Field Guide Vol. 1,” is a walk through the prairies and open fields of the Midwest. Inspired by the birds that define our home region, this menu is our tribute to the landscapes, seasons, and life that make the Midwest what it is.

Along the way, you’ll encounter the Cedar Waxwing, the Snowy Owl, and—of course—the Western Meadowlark.
